Digital Goods Policy — All Sales Final
Due to the highly personalized, instantly downloadable, and digital natureof KARMAMY's reports, all sales are final.
Once a report has been generated and delivered to you (either displayed on-screen or dispatched via email), the service is considered fully rendered and consumed.
Consequently, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchangesfor "change of mind" or dissatisfaction with the AI-generated insights.
Your Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge the nature of this digital product and agree to waive any right to a refund based on subjective dissatisfaction with the content of your personalized report.
Technical Issues Exception
In the unlikely event of a technical system failure where you are charged but do not receive your report, please contact our support team within 48 hours of your purchase.
We will either:
- ✦Manually generate and deliver your report, or
- ✦Provide a full refund at our sole discretion
To report a technical issue, please email support@karmamy.com with your order confirmation and a description of the issue.
What Does Not Qualify for a Refund
- ✕Dissatisfaction with the insights or interpretations in your report
- ✕Change of mind after purchase
- ✕Providing incorrect personal information (name, birth date, etc.)
- ✕Not reading or using the report after delivery
- ✕Duplicate purchases made in error (please check before purchasing)
Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@karmamy.com.
Filing a chargeback for a legitimately delivered digital product may be considered fraudulent and could result in your information being shared with fraud prevention services.
